Shipping & Returns


Premium Tech can provide product shipments to virtually any location in the world, although depending on specifications, some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

Shipping costs and delivery dates are estimated at time of order placement, based on product availability and the carrier selected. Some carriers place shipping date estimates on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping rates for many items are based on product weight, details of which are provided on the product page. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with the policies of the shipping companies.

Returns Policy

  • Items may not be returned without first obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
  • Unopened/undamaged items may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Opened/damaged and/or partially used items can’t be returned.
  • Items returned for exchange/refund are subject to 18% restocking fee.
  • Premium Tech will pay for return shipping cost resulting from our error or a defective item.
  • Premium Tech will assist with claim processing resulting from carrier damage.
  • Refunds typically take 30 days (or less) from the date an authorized return item is received.
  • Credit card refunds may take longer as they are subject to your credit card company’s policy.
